To be eligible, the gym wear must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Some exclusions apply, such as "Final Sale" or customized items. Damaged products due to misuse or accidents after receipt are not eligible.
To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team within the 7-day period, providing your order number and reason for the refund. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for product return. You are responsible for secure shipping using a trackable method.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued through the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges and any associated customs duties, taxes, or fees will not be refunded.
